This place is awesome I have no idea how anyone in its entire history has given it anything less than 5 stars. Regular old bagel shop with 10/10 bagels and 10/10 becs. Don’t go to all the frilly fancy bagel places popping up, they are crap. Go here, get a regular bagel and a coffee, and enjoy it.

This place used to be a go-to of mine, unfortunately the quality of the service and food has gone down.
After receiving the wrong order. I went to the counter to ask them for what I had ordered originally. The lady up front told me that they got the order right and that that’s what I had ordered. These things happen. It might’ve been miscommunication but they were extremely dismissive and didn’t attempt to make it right.
I won’t be coming back here again.
I’ve had a negative experience more than once here.

For starters let me say I was looking for a bagel spot that opens early and I just moved in the area like 2 yrs ago and I finally found it and I must say that BAGELS are amazing freshly made and served The customer service is Good but I have to give Emann 5 stars she very sweet and very friendly you’ll walk In and she already knows your coming to get that nice hot cup of coffee and it’s ready for you she’s the best ..The Philipino Female with glasses sooooo unfriendly doesn’t smile say hello or good morning the only smile you get is from Emann ..She’s the best

Ask for everything bagel with, light cream cheese & butter , instead they gave me bacon & cream cheese, staff is out of order , even I repeat my order while she handed to me, she goes yeah yeah. Loud on the tone. need less to say. I’m Muslim , I can’t have bacon. Ruin my breakfast.

Customer service at this location is consistently poor. Staff often appear frustrated and display an unwelcoming attitude toward customers. I have lived in the area for about ten years, and unfortunately, the store has been like this throughout that time. Out of three visits, on two occasions I ended up leaving without being able to complete my order. Long wait times, especially before ordering, make the experience even worse.
