Where do I start!? A work colleague recommended it to me. The food was indeed amazing. I highly recommend the Brooks Steak and mashed potatoes! Love this historic atmosphere, and everyone is super friendly and laid back who works here. Thank you so much for a lovely experience!!! I'll be back!

So much potential - It’s a shame, should be an LIC hotspot. Very strange atmosphere with the owner hanging around/eyeballing people/just wanting to leave, closing hours are much earlier than advertised. Staff are great but clearly impacted by ownership. Food is ok, the vibe is horrendous due to ownership hanging around - checking everyone out.

Place is over 130 years old!! Talking about real history.Good food ( Picture shows a Hamburger with blue cheese and bacon) and Good beer. Tap lines are clean And well kept.

The food is simply amazing. My boyfriend and I ordered French onion soup (I was shocked at how good it was!), a burger, and a Cobb Salad. It was so delicious, the best thing after arriving in New York :)) The tea is also very tasty! I recommend!
