I recently visited Checkers for the first time and was disappointed by the quality of the food. The hamburger I ordered was unappetizing and resembled prison food, while the French fries were excessively spicy.

I don't understand why this is the only location that does not have ice cream! It's annoying. Also, Train your staff on making drinks if a customer asked for "light ice". I literally got a medium cup of ice

Your employees don’t know how to scan a bar code on the App to use your loyalty program. When he scanned it he said “oh error message, are you still going to pay?”
I never have problems with Wendy’s loyalty program, so I’ll just eat there.

I used to love going to Checker’s or Rally’s, back in the day there went many in the city - only far out or on Long Island, not they’re opening more across the city which is great but this location IS NOT GOOD. I used to come here for loaded fries, a burger, milkshake, and whatever speciality item they were advertising but I refuse to go back, last time here I got food poisoning. It was the cross contamination without a doubt, cashiers will make your food with the same gloves. And not just the same gloves between orders (that’s understandable), but the same gloves between tasks. They’ll clean the counter tops, touch everything from the freezer unit to the trash, take your order on the register, and jump right into building your order - going around the kitchen spreading germs and will serve you the food made while wearing those same gloves.
