First time having coconut chicken hotpot and it was surprisingly delicious. They used up 3 whole coconuts and 1 bottle of Fiji water for the initial broth. The free range chicken was of high quality and went so well with the mildly sweet umani broth.
Price is high but you pay for the quality

Very good, coconut chicken broth was very healthy tasting. Maybe next time I would try a more flavorful broth. But it was good. The meat was high quality tasting and service was very attentive. Also a slightly more interesting experience since they make the broth tableside
