Unfortunately they don't have quality control at this location because this Friday at lunch service my entire bag of chips were burned.

Found this in my bowl as I was eating. I showed it to the staff, and they were sincere in the apology, but this almost broke my tooth as I was eating. They need to take more care when preparing the guacamole as they cut the avocados.

CONSTANTLY out of key ingredients. CONSTANTLY. The employees are apathetic. Place is always dirty. This location has to be under the worst management in the city and their HQ team does nothing to fix it. But yet try to increase prices. Report this chipotle and their management!

My family and I were trying to order food through Uber Eats and 5 drivers cancelled- we learnt that the fault was of the restaurant. They had not prepared the food and then cancelled our food as the store closed at 11pm. This was extremely disappointing.

This place is dirty. They need to clean the tables and counters more often. They’re also frequently out of certain toppings and ingredients. They need to step it up if they want to compete with other fast casual restaurants near Court Square. I bet the new Naya that’s opening on the same block will put a big dent in this Chipotle’s sales.
