Came around 3 pm. Quarter full. Ordered papaya salad, a cup of an iced Vietnamese coffee, two beef pho with hard boiled quail eggs on them for 2 extra dollars. Great.

Good taste of pho. This is my go-to spot when craving for pho. I hope the banmi is better though..its not bad but also not great.

Cyclo Vietnamese food in Long Island City, New York, offers a delightful culinary experience. Their beef stew egg noodles are rich and flavorful, providing a comforting and satisfying meal. The bo luc lac, a Vietnamese shaking beef dish, is likely tender and well-seasoned, showcasing the skillful preparation of the restaurant. Additionally, their banh mi sandwiches are probably a delightful combination of crispy bread, savory fillings, and fresh vegetables, creating a tasty and portable option. Overall, Cyclo Vietnamese food in Long Island City seems to excel in delivering delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Have loved Cyclo for almost 10 years now. Their tofu pho is made of dreams and their tofu bahn mi crushes your hunger with every crusty bite. If you climb in the area, it’s a great spot for before or after-dinner fuel and deliciousness! Thank you for all the vegan options, Cyclo!

Very very solid 4. I'd give it a 4.5 to be honest. Went on a rainy, treacherous day and it hit the SPOT. So hefty and everything I needed out of a pho bowl was there. They also have homemade hoisin sauce that was really good! I also tried the Banh Mi, it was so so good! The crispy bread and soft textures inside complimented each other so well. Good portions. Great service and interior was nice and spacious, and a friendly atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

Rode here for a bahn mi to take to the waterfront. One of the best I’ve had in a while. The grilled pork was cooked perfectly and the bread was crispy but soft and ratiod perfectly with the filling. Service was extremely sweet, even for take out. Will def be back.

The baguette for the banh mi was amazing! Had that crunchy exterior while staying soft and chewy.Staff is always friendly and another thing that makes Cyclo stand out to me is when you look around to see what other people are eating or drinking. It’s not just another pho/banh mi spot, I see various menu items on the tables around me which keeps me coming back because now I gotta try what that other table got!

I was impressed by Cyclo during a business luncheon. Long Island City, or LIC, has transformed itself. Once a place of warehouses, light industrial manufacturing, and danger, it now boasts the most expensive residential real estate in the borough, boutiques and restaurants, and bustling street life that attracts both single folks and young families. Cyclo is part of that change. It is a casual restaurant with reasonable prices and good food. Our trio shared the spinach dumplings and the shrimp and corn fritters. Both were tasty, albeit fried (I would not hesitate to order them again, and they could even taken together make a moderately filling meal; I only note, because my doctor would scold me otherwise, that all of us ought to be mindful about any dishes that are prepared with that much oil -- that has nothing to do with Cyclo or the cuisine, but just consciousness about healthy dining). I had the pork bowl. It was tasty. I had enough to take home. That is a bonus. I also had the Thai iced tea, without the bubbles. The proprietor has a hobby of making miniature dioramas. Those are worth checking out. The care taken to create that art also is telling, positively. If someone is capable of doing that, with such detail, it suggest to me they also will be skillful in the kitchen. I'm glad to support a small business such as this restaurant.

Went for Friday lunch. Pretty busy in there. Got the lunch special deal which is $14 per pho and a small salad. Great taste! Ingredients are fresh! And the space is cute and clean.

Ugh this used to be one of my fav banh mi spots but they must've changed the chef bc the grilled pork banh mi is SOOOOOOOOO salty now and the crispy spring rolls as well sad
