Came here to pick up the $6 dollar meal. I specifically selected a hot coffee. Instead I got an iced coffee. When I went to ask to get the hot coffee i requested in the app, the cashier gave me a nasty attitude and told me I was wrong, and that is what I ordered, even though it clearly said that I ordered a hot coffee. This place just hands you whatever they feel like instead of what you ordered

You can at least fix your face ms. Bina. This is the worst customer service ever. Her energy was just nasty. It doesn't take that much energy to be nice. I was nice to you and even say good morning. But you rolled your eyes. If you hate your job don't even come to your shift cause I won't tolerate bs behavior.

I came here as a customer and what I sow was shocking! A man sitting on the table, taking off his shoes and putting on the table and socks was shaking near the table.Then was scratching his bear feet on the table where people come to eat. For a while I was observing the situation. The Workers were around and didn’t say or do ANYTHING.

I went here with Ron and he spent 20 minutes trying to convince the cashier to give him a value meal. Like egg and coffee for 2. He saw some sort of ultimate combo on the menu and was trying to unlock it through a long sequence of verbal button presses. It didn't work—the cashier was politely confused and I was ashamed. He got the deal but the egg was disgusting. He threw it out after waiting that long time. But I really love my friend, so this was the kind of experience that you remember fondly forever. the other people in the audience there are sometimes really wild but you know, places like dunkin' are the new commons. delicious coffee. donuts are too sweet, i'm tired of them everywhere, they need an UPDATE, go to peter pan in greenpoint thank you

I placed my order and activated a QR code on my Dunkin’ app for a free latte. When you purchase a sandwich I purchased two snacking bacon and a sandwich for the latte when I got my order they only gave me the bacon and the latte. They said that the bacon wasn’t activated offer which was not and then for 23 minutes they arguing with me in regards to what I ordered even though I showed them the app and it says to activate the offer and the offer was activate. Don’t go here ! worst customer service, and even how to use their own app and read what entails
