I came in this store for a breakfast and the indian guy who took my order was so rude and impatient, he rolled his eyes and spoke Hindi with his coworkers when I said the order was not right. I know he said something bad with hostile tone, but I couldn't understand.

There was no line when I went in and I went to the register. Looked like 3 employees in the back but no one taking orders. The line grew with 3 people behind me. A lady came in to pick up a mobile order and said she wanted to get some donuts too. The employee decides to ring up the donuts for the lady that just came in instead of taking care of the line in front of him. Horrible service.

very friendly staff and delicious food. i placed an order on the app and they were very kind and helpful with making a substitution for an item they were sold out of. will definitely come back to this location!

The product, regular. The cleanliness of the premises leaves a lot to be desired. But worst of all, was the terrible attention from the staff. The order was placed by my girlfriend, and her English is not perfect, to which they began to speak sarcastically and mockingly. Quite upset by the ridiculous situation, since they do not speak the language perfectly either, I told them that these were not the ways to treat a person, I was going to ask for a complaint form, but she told me that despite the bad moment experienced, they did not was necessary. It is certainly the last time we go to eat in a store of that chain.

i bought a dozen donuts and picked the flavors I wanted, the staff was rude because I took few mins to do that, they were making faces and talking to each other in Bengali, it was not busy, there were no other customer waiting in line, I was not rude in any way, does Dunkin care how the customers are treated? why are the staff not trained? awful experience!!

The worst coffee in my life! It was water with milk disgusting! I ordered a choco muffin, but I got a muffin with cinnamon I hate cinnamon. I threw the whole order in the trash! Not recommend!
