Ok I want to thank the owner of this establishment. Am completely amazed at this Dunkin Donuts, this by far IS the BEST I have seen in NY. I went at 6am, Let me start with me walking in, place was spotless, the manager with the GOOD morning Shocked Me. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was Cooking and I mean cooking... I was so amazed that I decided to put these people to the test, I got the $5 meal. But I ordered the Bacon egg and cheese croissant, BUT I said Crispy with melted cheese, the Hash Brown very Crispy not burnt, and the Ice coffee with light ice and 3 Splenda and 3 creams.. Let me tell you These Employees hands down, Did NOT DISAPPOINT. let me just say I will be learning their names by the end of the year.. I will be coming back for sure. The meal was excellent, exactly how I wanted it.. This team is Fire 🔥 . I forgot to say this place looks like a fancy top tier coffee shop. I thought the croissant decorations where fake.. thats how crazy it looks.. I forgot to take pictures. I Never thought this place will light up my eyes NEVER.. I WAS STUFFED AND I WANTED MORE.. I never seen anything like this in NY. This place will be taking my money for a while. This is what taking your time and paying attention to detail that everyone needs. I am extremely satisfied and not just with the food but the passion these people have for their jobs. This is the Dream team of dunkin donuts.

Whenever you order and they make a mistake in your the all take together in their language in stead of speaking in English allrhe time ou this its rude and disrespectful to a customer that doesn't understand what they're saying when you're dealing with a customer why do you have to speak in your language after you ordered something and American English and they make a mistake 1 supervisor in particular when she's on she makes a very uncomfortable they all understand English but they refuse to use English as a first language in that particular Duncan Donuts play run this country and refused to speak our language in order to make us feel out of place they know better but they refused to do better

I went to get croissant with egg and cheese and while eating the croissant I noticed it had green mole on the outside! The bread at this location is spoiled! I don’t recommend this place for food they are selling bread that is not fresh

I had a terrible customer experience at the dunkin' at the location, 3326 21st Long Island City, NY 11106.This employer named 'Jenifer' who had fake eyelashes, multiple ear piercings, brown eyes, a dior necklace, a black mask, black hair. She was young and was giving me a lot of attitude and had no customer service. Disrespectful while I was still ordering, she jumped into the next customer. I asked for half a pump more of caramel and then she didn't give me the exact amount I asked for and didn't offer to remake my drink. She left while I was still speaking to her and then she rolled her eyes at me while i was walking away. And the drink is not enjoyable as I would have liked it.

This shop had recently been renovated and is now, much cleaner & consumer friendlier.The doughnuts are always fresh and the new icecream counter much more tempting than before. ??The icecream is Baskin Robin's and you can buy ready packaged icecream from the freezer or, if you prefer, different choices and from the icecream counter.The service is very courteous and friendly. ??
