I had a terrible customer experience at the dunkin' at the location, 3326 21st Long Island City, NY 11106.This employer named 'Jenifer' who had fake eyelashes, multiple ear piercings, brown eyes, a dior necklace, a black mask, black hair. She was young and was giving me a lot of attitude and had no customer service. Disrespectful while I was still ordering, she jumped into the next customer. I asked for half a pump more of caramel and then she didn't give me the exact amount I asked for and didn't offer to remake my drink. She left while I was still speaking to her and then she rolled her eyes at me while i was walking away. And the drink is not enjoyable as I would have liked it.

This shop had recently been renovated and is now, much cleaner & consumer friendlier.The doughnuts are always fresh and the new icecream counter much more tempting than before. ??The icecream is Baskin Robin's and you can buy ready packaged icecream from the freezer or, if you prefer, different choices and from the icecream counter.The service is very courteous and friendly. ??

I didn’t get the name of the lady in the green shirt, she denied me a plastic bag to hold 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches I spent $20, as i always do when I go there.( I went yesterday and also had no issue to get a bag for my baggable order.) so when I asked another other worker she gave me the bag with no issue. I asked the lady in the green, “why did you say there was no plastic bags? I have one right here”? as I was packing my order. The lady in the green told me she didn’t give me a bag because I didn’t need one, there’s no more and she paid for them out of her pocket? mind you, I had a cup holder and 2 sandwiches to hold for my trip.. I’ll return tomorrow to get her name. She was unnecessarily rude. If you don’t like you Job, get a new one!

come on folks give the dd workers a break., they dont move like flash but they eventually will get your order in your hands and you can hit the brick. another typical dd in astoria / lic , but they also carry baskin robbins which adds a star for my review. yes its crowded , yes donut selection is limited , yes the workers rather but somewhere else but a large mango pineapple cold drink and 3 scoops of pralines n cream( yes 3 scoops) and i am good to go. the donut selection is decent and good variety of ice cream flavors aint bad as well , so with that said , i am giving this dd 3 stars and damn i dont have a spoon.
