Hello Dunkin’ Donuts team ! My car got towed while I was buying coffee in your company. I actually called the police because I thought my car was stolen.
Please Let me know who is going to pay for my towing ticket which is $141 including tax (JDLA Towing & Storage Inc. License # 2128174-DCWP) ?
If anyone had the same problem about illegal towing or force to pay cash in order to get back the car, call 311 or call the police. That was a horrible experience.

The kiosk made a mistake on my order and then refused to give me the correct order. I don’t recommend anyone using the kiosk because it doesn’t even give you a receipt. You’re better off going to a much better Dunkin!

I parked my car for just a short while in their lot and simply walked across the street to take care of something. When I came back, my car was gone — they had it towed immediately. Honestly, this feels like nothing but a scam. Do they really have no other way to make money besides preying on people like this? Absolutely disgraceful and I would never trust or recommend this place to anyone.

This Dunkin is particularly especial and Delicious and my Son love it he eats 5 days a week. During school trip.
Parking: 48th st. And close next to Northern Blvd.
Wheelchair accessibility: I see there's a wheel chair ramp access.
