The staff was so rude. My latte tasted differently this morning and I told them and the woman just went to the back and poured another shot while coughing into my coffee. It looked pretty intentional and she didnt have good attitude either. I threw it away right after I left. Didn’t want to start a fight or anything bc she was already not trying to solve any problems. Got my refund through customer service line but will not order from this store ever again. This is serious health issue, practically with the noravirus and flu going on. Extremely concerning!!!!!

There was a miscommunication with my order when I came in person to order and instead of assisting me with fixing it, the lady who took my order stopped taking the next customer's order, turned to me, raised her voice and said "I asked you if you wanted two". I took the extra coffee and didn't request a refund at all, so the fact I was treated like that so quickly was insane lol. Also not reading off my order to me so I can agree its correct before placing it is also not so great service.

I was there 9:49pm. It’s 12/18/2023. The guy locked the door said it’s closed. No matter how I knock the door, he just ignored and ready to go home.

I went to this place today for world teacher day for the free coffee. I showed the cashier the picture, she looked at it and then charged me for the coffee. When I told her about it, she said i didn’t show her a coupon; I said there is no coupon, it’s a promotion and i showed her the ad again. Then her co worker or manager looked at me and said “you’re not a teacher, I’ve never seen you here” I didn’t know i had to go there numerous times to prove I’m a teacher. Then had the audacity to tell me I just came for the free coffee when I also bought donuts. They refunded me the money and the cashier was very apologetic but not the other lady. I will not be going back there.
The manager doesn’t know how to take an order. Will argue on declining the type of order that was placed. Would never come to this location. Also there are dead cockroaches on the donuts!!!!!!!
