There was a miscommunication with my order when I came in person to order and instead of assisting me with fixing it, the lady who took my order stopped taking the next customer's order, turned to me, raised her voice and said "I asked you if you wanted two". I took the extra coffee and didn't request a refund at all, so the fact I was treated like that so quickly was insane lol. Also not reading off my order to me so I can agree its correct before placing it is also not so great service.

I went to this place today for world teacher day for the free coffee. I showed the cashier the picture, she looked at it and then charged me for the coffee. When I told her about it, she said i didn’t show her a coupon; I said there is no coupon, it’s a promotion and i showed her the ad again. Then her co worker or manager looked at me and said “you’re not a teacher, I’ve never seen you here” I didn’t know i had to go there numerous times to prove I’m a teacher. Then had the audacity to tell me I just came for the free coffee when I also bought donuts. They refunded me the money and the cashier was very apologetic but not the other lady. I will not be going back there.

I came at 11.17 am today and bought dunkin and ice tea. The lady wear hijab helping me are really rude.She gave me with rude face.She said tired cause working for 7 days a week.She work for 7 days cause need the the money.That's not my business you working for 7 days a week.Don't ever treat customer with your attitude like evil.Shame on you that wear hijab but your attitude more than like evil.????????

I usually pick up through mobile order and my order is always ready super quickly! The staff here are also friendly and responsive. Would recommend to get your Dunkin fix!
