We stopped here while waiting for the bus to Williamsburg. Of course it's just a dunkin' donuts like any other, but I noticed the staff were a little more cheerful and attentive than the one I went to earlier that week in Jackson Heights. Heights. And the seating was empty and so I really have no other things to complain about. The donuts were dunkin' donuts and the coffee was dunkin' donuts coffee and so there is not much to review. A nice snack if you're visiting from another region of the US that doesn't have DD but not anything super amazing. Though I must add I've had some bad coffee at different local shops and DD coffee is definitely a notch above those.

Every time I go in here in the morning, it takes SO long just to get a cup of coffee. I don't order food and I don't order specialty drinks. I order a medium hot coffee and it often takes 5-10 minutes to get it. I end up standing there with a bunch of other people waiting on food and mobile orders. Most Dunkins are efficient and it shouldn't take more than a minute to get a simple hot coffee order from a coffee place. I live around the corner and will walk to another location moving forward because they are so bad.

The staff here is so friendly & fast. They greet me with a Good Morning Hunny. I think they greet everyone that way but I'll take it. There's nothing better than being greeted with big friendly smiles before you've had your morning coffee.?Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible.

I go there often with my kids. The staff there are always so nice and they often give us extra munchkins! Even the customers there have good vibes. They always open the door for me and my kids with the stroller. I always order latte that i love. The coffee roll is also classic and I love it.
Major customer service issues in this store. Some of the employees working here, because of the language barrier, do not understand how to process things on the app properly and make MANY mistakes. They refuse to fix the issues they cause and are incredibly rude, despite the mistake being caused by their inability to communicate and comprehend the requests being made by the customers. Over donuts and coffee they are horribly disrespectful and do not care at all about their behavior. The DD on Jackson Ave is very friendly and no issues with simple requests there. Stay clear of this location.

The breakfast was pretty tasty - I had a iced cappuccino with a cheese, egg and bacon bagel and a couple donuts. It was really good but I thought the donuts would be better

I ordered an ice cappuccino from here once before. The problem was no ice in the drink. Okay, l came another time and still no ice in the drink. After all it is called ICE Cappuccino. I've had them from other Dunkin restaurants and always have gotten ice. It was disappointing.
