I went their for one singular coffee and a sandwich the guy was nice but got handed a cup of coffee that had more ice than a glacier and barely any milk when I asked for milk and 3 pumps when it was bitter and I asked for some “sink water” the Muslim lady who barely spoke a lick of English snarked at me and said I understand smiling at me and not getting me just a cup of water and when finally my food came out their was a spit ball and no I don’t mean like a little paper spit ball I mean actual spit in my food. Do yourself a favor and go to another Dunkin this one isn’t it

I went to edte dunkin and I was specific in that I ordered 2 medium hot cappuccinos with caramel and the employee gave me a latte that tasted like water, I returned it and said please make me the coffees again because this is not what I ordered and The employee added more milk to the one he had already given me, I told him again, this is not what I ordered, make me 2 hot cappuccinos with caramel and he made them again, but in the same way, the coffee was poorly made, the milk was burnt and tasted like water. again. It should be noted that I waited a long time for my order since the boy was the only employee. This place needs more employees and they are qualified. I am a regular customer of Dunkin Donuts and what this boy did to me seems like abuse to me. I asked him to give me back. the money and his response was that the manager was not there. Then I was left without coffee and my money. I demand my money back I feel scammed

I had egg and cheese on a plain bagel and plain bagel was literally like rock. It was that hard. I did not get why the bagel was so hard then I figured they make their own bagels. Please make the bagels properly next time. I almost spent 10 dollars and I had struggle biting it.

Ordered through their app for a cup of coffee with mocha. I feel they put too much mocha in the coffee. It was too sweet and the coffee flavor was almost gone. Hope they make my next one better ?

Take a bite before leaving, wraps are expired, smells bad. I go once a week, around 9am, mobile order ahead. Customer service is good.
