Dunkin inside a gas service station. Some staff sometimes confuses orders, but they fix it and are very nice.

When I placed my order, I told the lady(twice) to please don't put sugar, and it was like she didn't hear me, she made it so sweet and by the time I found out I already was on the highway. Additionally she tried to ovoid giving some promotions sale Dunkin's been running(Ice latte for 3 dollars), She told me I can actually buy the second one at the Discount price and pay 6 dollars for the Ice latte That I originally ordered, and I said "No" them she continued saying and the Ice latte was going to be thrown out, and be waste. when I refused to pay, and reorder the promotion Ice Latte she agreed to give me the promotion, however the latte as I mentioned at the beginning had to munch sugar. In conclusion the service need to be improved and please hire People that understand English.

The older I get I truly understand and see why people go to Starbucks it’s not even about the coffee or options. You go where you & your money is respected. You have a nasty attitude why do you think I would want to give you my money after dealing with someone nasty? If you are not happy where you are you can literally do something about it. But this establishment is losing a lot of business. I come here everyday and spend $10+ add that up in a week. Almost over $60+ sometimes I even come in the evening as well but now you will not get a dime of my money stay miserable , wicked spirits!

awful employees, the woman upfront had a disgusting attitude. I spent $18 and they didn't care I had to use the bathroom urgently and they didn't care. please don't ever go to this place.

Omg worst people in the world... I stop by with the intention of buying a coffee in my way to the airport.. and I ask them let me use their bathroom first please and they didn't care at all I am pregnant with 8 months and a really big belly...they said careless NO. I could even buy my coffee obviously... I understand if they don't want let in everybody in their bathroom but a pregnant woman.....

I am a cancer patient and 70 years old I have visited this store today and spent 7'43 cents
After that I asked to use the bathroom . The owner behaved very rudly and told me to pay 1 dollar to use the wash room
This very much uncommon in this country, they tagged a sign in the wash room door, for 1 dollar
The sales man deals with customer with bad manner
