They Made me miss my train to work twice waiting for a coffee I ordered on the app +5 mins in advance. The last time I went to pick up it was sitting behind the counter out of reach for 10 minutes before I could get anyone’s attention. Don’t order from here if you’re in a rush.

It is the second time that I go to buy in this place if the machine marks 6 plus tax they charge you 8 dollars and they do not give you the change, or receipt, and they want a tip, they do not use a mask and talk a lot over the food it is unpleasant a thousand apologies if they see it wrong but hygiene and honesty is what we need
i hope this place closes down soon. beyond rude.

This is a quick cop and go spot. I was so thirsty. A strawberry coollotta never disappoints. Bae got some sort of hot coffee. Very friendly service. Got some free donuts! Now I want a coollotta.

these morning staffs have no idea the F they doing... I ordered a black coffee and a coconut donut. i didn’t check the box and guess what I got... a glazed donut. what frustrated me most is that the staffs were talking a lot of things about some customers who they knew does not speak their language and would not understand. DISGUSTING.

They just reopened. Started off with a horrible morning and was greeted with bad energy after the staff took care of a white lady easily. I believe the cashier gave me an older croissant, and the hash browns were cold but hopefully because it was cold around the time. The person warming the hash browns gave me a different batch, literally not to complain but it was still cold. I fought with the croissant and ate it anyway. I’ve been in and out of the hospital for abdominal pain and my stomach started hurting shortly after… grateful though.
Idk about employees at this location at any other time other than the morning but they are very nice and catering to me every time since my first visit. I can tell they truely care and I love it. Bc I hate most dunkin locations bc they usually suck and don't care. But the ladies here in the morning are awesome to me.

It is not as good as it seems, the coffee is not very good, they can improve it and it is very expensive, a milk tea costs $3.99, something like that, with that you buy a gallon of milk and make hundreds of coffees and teas, I It seems awful how agiotism won us

Can you give 1 star less?? It was the worst place I went to in NY during my entire visit. The service is terrible! The wake up wrap is mini, not even the normal size of a wrap. But it's delicious. Employees urgently need customer service training. Besides being very dirty. I had to clean the table myself, with my own alcohol gel and napkins. Disappointing!!!
