Dont order from them. They always mess up my order, either they will skip item ordered or will find missing ingredients. There is a huge language barrier, they wont understand what the issue is upon explaining

I have been coming here for many years and never had an issue the workers are hard working and very kind but the manager is horrible and nasty. She does not know how to multi task and gets short with the customers and she always has her iPods in her ears talking not professional at all. I don’t like writing negative reviews but she is horrible

I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and instead I got a rock. This bagel was totally burnt and it felt like eating a rock because of how hard it was. I didn’t expect this from Dunkin and I will surely never come back. Very Disappointed.

I was visiting a friend in the area and I have to say I wished I lived near this Dunkin’. The service is outstanding and my order was prepared in seconds. I was baffled and could not believe my drink and food was in front of me at that rate. I appreciate how kind and efficient the staff are. The prices were also significantly lower than what I pay in my neighborhood or workplace. I wish more franchise owners would use this one as the model to follow. Thank you!
They don’t put any care into their orders. I understand if it was like this when they were busy, but when no one is in the store they constantly refuse to read orders and forget to put in either cream or sugar. They don’t fully cook their wake up wraps and often just throw the ingredients in the bag without bothering to assemble. Also I’ve never once been greeted when I enter. I always say hello and thank you and it has never once been returned or acknowledged. I know it’s just a dunkin and I don’t expect anything amazing, but if they were to put in just a tiny bit more effort it would go a long way.

BEWARE you may not receive your paid order especially if you are not white!I always order on the mobile app and PAID with my own credit card my hard earn moneyp I am also a frequent customer at this store!However my order was missing twice and this time they refused to fullfil it claiming it never went through. But I was charged and there is a record of it in my appI am upset that they assumed I was lying and Dunkin did not help either although the amount is small but it is their attitude that made me angry.So beware you may not receive your mobile order, labeled a thief and you may be heckled by some crazy people demanding money from you.I am sad that this is happening in my wonderful neighborhood.
