I don’t even know what to say. One of the worst interactions ever the guy with the long beard. He is so rude. He doesn’t pay attention to what you’re ordering and he made me feel stupid as if I didn’t ask for what I wanted, but I get that specific item. Every time it was the first thing I said, because I like that item, and then he tried to overcharge me and charge me extra And the entire atmosphere was just rude and he wasn’t even just being rude to me. He was being rude to every customer. He looks like he hates his job the sanitary and there is gross. I’m never going back. I told all my friends don’t go back. I told a few of my coworkers who go there on a daily don’t go there anymore just because of the horrible experience I’m never going again. He should be fired.

Disgusted. Now they have a man working with the longest bearded face. His facial hair dangling over the bagel as they make it and coffee. So disgusting. Rude staff don’t even say good morning or anything! If they will stand there all three chit chatting they can clean the dirty store and cover that damn beard.

I'm obsessed with this Dunkin' Donuts! Every morning, I swing by and the staff always gets my coffee just right - exactly how I like it! What really sets them apart is the warm welcome I receive. Both employees always greet me with a bright smile, making my day start off on the right foot. Their attention to detail and friendly service make this Dunkin' Donuts a must-visit. I highly recommend it to everyone - it's the perfect spot to grab a great cup of coffee and a smile to go with it!

I understand business hours are there for a reason but telling people you can't order something because you close in 10 minutes is bizzare. Close early if you don't want to be there.

I went there a few times and the customer service is horrible. They are not nice. They treat you like garbage pretty much. I was not pleased at all. I lost my bag and I asked them-about the bag and they got nasty with me. I won’t go back there.

I went to this specific location bet 30th and 31st. Ave and the guy who works there has zero hygiene. I ordered a donut and he was using his bare fingers, touching the donut and placed it in the paper bag. I called him out because of that and instead of throwing the donut out, he just returned that donut back to the donut trays! Makes you think what else they do in the back without anyone looking. So please think twice from buying here, you never know whats on your food! Disgusting! No receipt was given as well!

I love the ladies that work here they are very kind, however, they are also completely incompetent. I, without exaggeration, think my order has been incorrect 50% of the times i've gone there. On two of those occasions the staff ARGUED with me about it when I complained until a manger came out and confirmed they had gotten my order wrong. There is another Dunkin up the road that is better, and i recommend going there.

The oven is always being “cleaned” when we come in and they are so rude when taking your order the two men are always having a conversation while there is customers waiting to order. We have stopped coming here all together and go to the other ones close by.

They close at 9 and told me there oven is being cleaned and it’s going to take a very long time for what I had asked for there was no one there and had two employees working. Then they started getting upset and speaking in their native language. It was very unwelcoming and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before even attempting to order.

Two servers on Saturday 5:45 pm. They keep talking between them and some other guy and I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken. Nothing. Worst experience. I’ll be taking my money somewhere else.

The service never gets my orders right. Forgets parts of my order and on top of that gives me partially done orders. Why would I order a bagel toasted with ZERO cream cheese! If it’s not that I order donuts and they leave missing ones and I never get reimbursed!
