I came here for a late lunch with two of my friends. We split the vegetarian platter, which included falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, fried eggplant, salad, cabbage, pickles, garlic pita, and a choice of fries, rice, or couscous (we opted for fries). We also split the fattush. Our total came to about $30 and we had leftovers! Service and ambiance is very straightforward- no frills. The food is excellent, though.

This is a good take out restaurant. They do have a dining room but self serve and pretty basic! Chicken shawarma's pita with tahini soused is excellent, tasty and they're pretty quick for giving the busyness!

Waited all day for my beautiful iftar meal and all I get is a platter full of fries? What happened to the chicken? Did it go missing? Did the server eat my chicken?

Bad food having a flag of a country that never being existed ??

Overrated place, bland chicken, no flavor and over cooked, most basic food like Humus was not even good, Humus had no flavor tasted like the processed humus you get from grocery stores. Adding tons of oil don't make it any better and oil was not a good Olive oil either. You should try Sufia Grill or Anatolia Humus and you will forget about this badly made food.

Food is always great, but expect to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour if your dining in because they prioritize the Uber eats driver’s orders

I love Duzan so much. It has truly become one of my favorite spots to visit whenever in Queens. The food is flavorful, fresh, plentiful, and delicious! As many have mentioned, what keeps us coming back is the consistency. I typically get the chicken shawarma plate with hummus, salad, plus fries (3rd side is extra) and I have yet to be disappointed. The falafel is crispy good, the pita is fluffy and soft, and the Duzan sauce is a must. There's almost always a line but they work pretty quick. If you are in a rush however, I would order ahead online or for pick up. If you're dining in, they have been doing construction to expand for a while. I'm looking forward to when the location comes all together. Whether you live in the area or are just dropping quickly by the neighborhood, I definitely recommend paying them a visit!
Food was great, the wait time was long due to it being the month of Ramadan. Lamb and beef platter is more flavorful than the chicken platter.

I've had it before but I've really been in the mood for Shawarma recently and a previous place I went to has gone down in quality. Duzan, however, definitely was an improvement! While the meat was a bit dry and needed the sauce, the flavor was solid. The portions are great though and overall a decent choice for shawarma/falafel!
