It's been about a year and a half since I've eaten at John Browns, and I am actually disapointed. I ordered the pork belly, which was good, and a half rack of ribs. The ribs were very disapointing. The ribs were dry, chewy, and stuck to the bones. Not sure if I'll be coming back. For what they charge, it isn't worth going back.

Disclaimer, I'm reviewing for Sundays service only. We've been coming here after bouldering for lunch and quality seems to have dropped off the cliff the last two months. For two people, a sandwich, four small strips of pork belly(1/2 pound supposedly), eight small pieces of rib tips(1/2 pound supposedly), corn bread, pitcher of beer, plus tips $100+. The pork bellly and rib tips very chewy with no flavor. I recalled the flavor and portions used to be way better, can't blame that on inflation over the last two months. Won't be coming back.

Liked it, brisket was juicy and tender. Everything we ordered was good except for the corn bread which was gooey and wet. Atmosphere is chill. Cost is high like most bbq spots.

The steak was great but the Cole slaw was really bad and it’s very expensive for small quantities of food

The meat had a lot of fat, the brisket had no flavor, mac and cheese were terrible, the were out of ribs at 7pm, no corn bread either. Over priced and poor portions. The portions were like a French restaurant with southern style food.
