Saw a friend’s band play here last week. I don’t love LIC as a neighborhood but this place is nice. It is a really cool space with a great backyard and the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

The energy in the bar is electric. Late night absolute blast not the same if you go in early but an awesome place
Caught a Knicks playoff game here — the energy was electric! Fun, loud crowd with serious team spirit, solid drinks, and a chill vibe. Great spot to watch a game without the frills. Definitely coming back for the next playoff run!

This is a BEAUTIFUL place HOWEVER - they ruined its natural charm by putting in a monster tv and they have a DJ who blasts the music so everyone in the place has to scream their conversations making it impossible to enjoy the place. Its natural beauty of being an architecturally significant space is ruined now. I was greatly disappointed as this was the place I took guests from out of town to for drinks and atmosphere. It’s gone now unless you’re wearing earplugs. I used to look forward to the zen like atmosphere but that’s totally gone. While I understand that they want the young crowd - the ones looking for a club - will go to one! Bring it back w some dignity!! Also I’m shocked to see how many of the 1 star review are for ONE bar tender who I know well. One would think they’d talk to him because the native Irish now are NOT the main bar patrons it’s a mixed city and all people should be treated with respect. I’m saddened to see how the place slipped.
