The restaurant should update the hours in which they take orders. I went before 10:30 and they were no longer taking orders.

We visited Los Perros de Chucho today and loved our experience. The hot dogs were excellent and authentic, the vibe was great, and the service was courteous and fast. We will definitely be coming back!
I'm so disappointed... I wanted to be the one that discovered this place! My bike had a flat and while awaiting the repair in 106 degree temperature the bike shop owner suggested I pop over to Chucho's, which advertised itself as a fast food joint. Cute, intimate interior. Everything on the menu looked delicious, but I decided to start with the basics and ordered a Columbian burger. The owner was charming and cautiously explained what I ordered... in Spanish. I didn't understand a word, but it sounded wonderful. It's not fast food, he prepared the burger from scratch and when it was finally served I was stunned: a feast of flavors, my mouth exploded with pleasure, truly an excellent burger. I was even treated to a quail egg! With that one meal on a scorching hot day I have become a devoted fan.

This place is a piece of the Colombian flavor, I love the Chola'o, the Pereirano dog, the arepa burger. Whenever I'm in Astoria it's a regular stop to eat at Chucho's.

Delicious the cob and the detodito with mini empanadas, the pineapple sauce has been a sensation! Highly recommended!

Sadly this place was a huge disappointment. I wanted to support a Colombian establishment and I think the owner saw that and took advantage of it. He doesn’t have prices anywhere. So I ordered the one thing that had a price a hot dog for $8 but wait he charged $10. His reply I gave you the large hotdog. Even though nowhere does it say there’s different sizes (very scammy). I also ordered a chicken desgranada bowl. On door dash it says it’s $12 and he charged me $17.50… when he was confronted with all the discrepancies in the prices he says “but the food is good”. Again I wanted to love this place but I hate feeling scammed.
