Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered through the app and walked all the way to the restaurant. When I got here they suddenly tell me my order has been canceled (no reason given) and that I’d been refunded. I tried to reorder again but nobody would take my order. Literally the worst service in Astoria.

Food and atmosphere were far better than other McDonald’s in NYC - but Jingxuan is perhaps the star of the show!! I only caught a glimpse of his name tag but his service and manners were better than some waiters I’ve had from Michelin restaurants. Give the man a damn raise! Or just make him the manager if he isn’t already! I’m actually amazed 👏👏👏

This was at their 31-46 21ST, LIC location.
I ordered from the inhouse menu and selected table service.
Very quick and polite service!! Food was what you would expect.
Chocolate thick shake was flavorful and the burger/fries were also satisfying!!! Will return later in the month.🙂🍔🍟🥛

I accidentally ordered to the wrong location. When they told me I made a mistake I asked if they couldn’t make it here for me and the my told me I would need to cancel and re order but the app said “you can no longer re order” and when I told them that they told me to walk to the other location and that they can’t help me. They were rude and pushed me aside to help the next customer. It was $10 and they couldn’t help me because they told me it was a different owner and again, that I could walk there! So rude! 10 freaking dollars and they couldn’t give me a courtesy, ridiculous. Yes I made a mistake but it was an accident and they were simply so rude about it!

We always pick up mobile orders via the drive-thru at this location. The staff are always nice. My dog even got his first pup cup from a staff today!
