I am visiting NY for the first time and my, the prices here are so expensive. I did not want to overpay for a small bottled drink. Good thing the receptionist at the hotel informed me that there was a less expensive store just a few blocks away. I go to this store to get a few bottled drinks and I ended up getting a Hero deli sandwich as well. The sandwhich was so good! I was in shock. The prices there a pretty inexpensive compared to other stores I visited. I'm glad I chose...

Sometimes they get crowded and you can wait up to 10 minutes in line to pay.
There were people outside hanging out smoking weed. I didn't feel unsafe, but it is somewhat uncomfortable.
