Absolutely ridiculous. I traveled all the way to Mister Chicken because they’re listed on ClassPass, only to get there and be told they can't actually honor the booking. Their only solution? “Contact ClassPass for a refund.” That’s not how partnerships work. If you accept ClassPass, then accept ClassPass — don’t waste people’s time and credits. No accountability, no apology, no resolution. Just vibes and confusion. Total waste. Never again.

Ok, but very pricy in my opinion. I paid $18 for this. The chicken was very crispy, but with thin relatively bland breading, and kind of dry. The slaw was neither clearly vinegar or mayo slaw, and had so many onions. Chairs are super dirty.

I order a al pastor burrito and I got one of the worst burritos I have tried which is not worth the price😞, I was happy to get some food but after what I saw the al pastor was jst dried pork with tomato sauce and I KNOW how al pastor is supposed to be made since I’m Mexican, but honestly not the best burrito, I would much rather recommend u guys to buy a burrito from a small Mexican truck for 12 bucks 🦧👍

The worst burrito I’ve ever eaten!!!! Is soggy, a mix of everything. Looks like leftover food in a tortilla. The guac is 80% onions, 20% guac. Horrible $15.19 dollars to the garbage!
I ordered rotisserie chicken and Brussel sprouts. The chicken was ok but the Brussel sprouts were gross . It was brown and old . The lady at the register is kind of rude and the chairs to sit and eat are filthy. I won’t return back .

the chicken burrito was very lackluster and it tasted as if they put a can of chicken noodle soup inside and the tortilla was not great. The nachos were very greasy it looked like they tossed a can of veggies on top and charged me 4 extra dollars for a little bit of chicken.
