One of my favorite places in the neighborhood. Incredible food and it felt exactly like being at an izakaya in Japan! Can’t wait to go back. Try the raw octopus and wasabi with whatever you get, you won’t regret it!

But the server with short hair who starts at 4pm on weekdays ruined the vibe. Her attitude was cold and dismissive / no greeting, no smile.. just bad negative energy ruined our Mochiron .. everything / everyone was excellent except her service / attitude

I walked into Mochiron Izakaya alone on a warm Tuesday. The place was empty like my stomach… at first. But somehow, the moment I sat down, the energy shifted. Within minutes, the restaurant was full. What can I say? I attract good vibes and hungry people.
