I love this deli so much food is delicious when they get the order right -I just called in my sandwich that I always order from this deliHot roast beef on toasted garlic bread with swiss , mozzarella and gravy. Every time I order this sandwich something on the ALWAYS wrong so this time as I was leaving I checked it to make sure they got it correct , well once again they forgot something this time It was the gravy (the best part !)I went back inside to let them know and the man behind the counter starts arguing with me saying I never asked for it - I know 1000% I asked for it and don’t understand why customer service isn’t a thing here . His phone etiquette is complete trash every time I have ever had to call in my order and I’m sick of it

Beware of coming here at night....The morbidly overweight caucasian fella over charges you, probably so he can pocket the extra money. As a regular, I will no longer go here at night so I will not get cheating out of my money. For 2 years I have been a regular at Othellos. Going sometimes up to three times a day, Morning, Afternoon, and night. Normally I buy the same stuff, and swipe my card without looking at the price... One day after going there for two years, I decided to look... in the morning, I buy 2 bagels and a butterfinger comes out to $4.50. One day I decide to buy the same stuff at night and this guy charges me $7.75... Mind you, its night time so the bagels are stale by then.I thought maybe he fat fingered given how large his obese fingers are so I forgave him. I continue to go and he consistently over charged me for small and large items alike. Things that cost 10 dollars during the day, suddenly are 17 dollars when hes on the register. Things that cost 5 dollars at night when its a different guy at the counter. suddenly cost 12 dollars with him. .... What pains me the most is I had been going there for 2 years before I realized this guy has been overcharging me by such rediculous amounts....Managment, put prices on the items so this guy will have a harder time price gouging unless you guys are in on it... RediculousAlso, the slob touches the prongs of the forks with his bare sausage fingers that have cuts and open sores. Hes a complete mess

Best sandwiches in the area. A little pricey but massive portions. Just make sure to double park behind the state troopers during lunch time.

Ok, I may be biased, I go into Othello's so often. It's my local. Besides the breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and ice coffee, their lunches are fantastic whether you want hot food, a hot sandwich or a wrap. BUT, the best thing about Othello's - is their "holiday to go plates" for St. Patrick's Day and Thanksgiving. The "to go" dinners are the best in the city. I am looking forward to having their Thanksgiving dinner this year!

Nice place for something quick. The sandwiches are brilliant and so delicious. Definitely very reasonably priced through and through.

Super solid anything in the menus and everything made in house. Pretty solid hang out for State troopers.

For the past three months, I've been a regular customer at Othello Deli , visiting every morning before heading to work. While the coffee and ambiance of the place are great, I feel compelled to share my experiences with the person who works the morning shift, especially my most recent visit on a Wednesday morning. At first, I tried to attribute the surly attitude of the person behind the register and coffee machine to a possible bad day. We all have those moments, right? However, what has become clear to me is that this isn't just an occasional occurrence; it's a consistently unpleasant experience. The gentleman at the register is never polite, never welcoming, and never smiles. It's disheartening to start your day with such a negative vibe from a place you rely on for a pick-me-up. What struck me most was an incident when I politely requested to have a little less sugar in my coffee. I apologized for the change of mind and asked kindly, but his response was nothing short of astonishing. He questioned my decision, visibly upset, and even resorted to sarcasm by offering me sugar to go, as if my simple request was a major inconvenience. This situation might seem trivial to some, but when such behavior becomes a recurring theme, it can make your morning experience downright frustrating. As a loyal customer who genuinely enjoys the coffee and atmosphere at, I believe it's essential for the management to be aware of the consistent negative interactions with their morning staff.A warm and welcoming demeanor can make a world of difference, especially when it comes to a place where many of us seek a positive start to our day.In conclusion, I hope that the management at [Coffe takes note of this feedback and considers addressing the issue with their morning staff. A small change in attitude could go a long way in ensuring that customers like me continue to enjoy their coffee without the bitterness of a bad morning experience.

This place has the best meats. You want boars head? They got it. Fresh and ready to go. The managers are delightful to see when getting my morning coffee. Never been to a more welcoming deli. The food is always A1. Bacon egg n cheese all day.
