I came into the Panera to pick up my online order . They had no half and half so I went to the counter and ask the lady and she rolled her eyes and didnāt respond. She then came to the coffee station grabbed the pitcher. When she returned with the pitcher, she threw them. Very rude and disrespectful. If you donāt like your job, maybe find another one.

Love this place, love the management and staff. Ive been able to always eat and work here with no problems. Ive been able to build community through this atmosphere having business/church meetings etc. Never a hassle from the staff. This place is foundational to my studies and work, not having a office space. The environment is friendly, the workers are great. The food is solid. Thank you guys! God bless you
I was looking for some fresh baked bread. I wanted to try Panera bread however itās not close to bread . Chiabata bread was hard and covered with flour -it was old . Service was ok . I had to wait looking for assistance because everyone is in the back . Overall all people talking about Panera breads donāt know real bread .. I hope they donāt serve the left over . Never again Panera .

Ordered a drink and went to the pick up area to get it and it was taking long and noticed a drink that looked like mine on the other counter. I asked the lady which was the pick up area in the case that I was wrong and she told me it was where I was originally standing so then I told her that I was waiting there and nobody called out my name and the drink isnāt there itās here instead and she looked bothered and gave me the fakest āI truly apologizeā ever. How are you mad that you messed up lmao crazy work

I ordered 2 soufflĆ©s for delivery because I know how fast those go. And I needed food before my appointment but imagine my extreme disappointment when I opened my food and found 2 extremely sad egg and cheese sandwiches. I received no call to tell me they ran out or anything. Iām not sure if my delivery guy picked up the wrong bag but that bag had our receipt on it! So someone messed up big because I just wasted my money on food I didnāt even eat. I attempted to make a claim on their website which I had ordered through, but they donāt even make that possible to dispute previous orders. I want my money back. I even see on the receipt how they needed to sign and checked the order is accurate and there was no check or signature. How?!
