The sandwiches were fine! But tje sauce, it's not the same as it used to! A multi grain bread, toasted. A big piece of chicken, not crumbled in pieces. Marinated in a rich tomato sauce and melted cheese on it.. the recipe was changed! We missed the old recipe...

The service is top notch. Employees are sweet and helpful! Autumn squash soup is my go to with a pick two salad or sandwich. In the summer I like their lobster roll with avocado and arugula on top.My kids love their assortment of bagels, Asiago and cinnamon crunch being their absolute favorite. Coffee is fresh and strong, just how I like it!Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
The manager here is caring, an amazing problem solver, as well as hilarious and the employees are very kind and welcoming

The sandwich was ok but I ordered online and picked up . They do not pay attention to instruction in the order. I asked for the sauce on the side and they put it on the sandwich opposite of what I instructed. This is the 2nd time this happened.
Panera Soda fountains always cleaned and has enough CO2 for the fizz craved. Coffee and Half and Half are always filled and ready to be self served. The Online pads are at the counters which is a hassle when you want to order quickly you would still have to wait on line with the rest of the ordinary customers. This Panera does not have a private parking space and since it is in up and coming Long Island City, expect the traffic cops to be roaming around frequently.

love coming here for a bit to study and get work done! quick and reliable service. the manager is super attentive :)only thing i kinda dislike is the afterschool rush when all the highschool kids come in and it is so chaotic but i wont emphasize too much because they’re kids lol & it’s a bit out of managements control imo.

Here's the thing, if you're a student, do not come here. They will not lower the volume on the obnoxiously, loud music that they know how to turn down, but they won't on purpose. Sometimes the cashiers are very slow, don't think they've been trained properly. They looking at their iPad screen like this is their first time seeing an iPad screen. It's cold, most tables AND seats are dirty and don't get cleaned or a quick wipe down is done. Food sometimes hits, Sometimes. Lastly, which is the worst. Every time I place a mobile order, I see my food behind the cashier and I look at them and I try to get their attention because there's no one else. (there's never anyone else around besides them, so I'm assuming it's their job to also be handing out mobile orders when people get there) and I tell them that I'm here to pick up and they still make me wait... That's why I got a mobile order babe, so I don't have to wait.
