I have had numerous great experiences with Paramount Caviar, the last one being the best. Not only is the staff great this past Classic Osetra from Italy had to be the best I've ever had. No fishy taste, salty and buttery the perfect balance!
Had the most amazing experience tasting various types of Michelin grade Caviar and Roe. Learning about the history of Caviar especially through the eyes of a family so intertwined with it's culture was a truly great experience. I hope to come back again soon!
I found Paramount and their Caviar Vault on Instagram and decided to take the trip from Chicago to attend the tasting class, and I am so glad I did! Ariana and her brother did a great job sharing their knowledge of caviar with the class, which was a perfect balance of conversation and learning. I can't say enough good things if you are thinking about attending; I highly recommend it!
