Don’t get their Philly sandwiches combo. Tasteless, old fries with bland, sandwiches. There goes my $15, down the drain.

I like this place for a quick bagel. Today I was feeling for pancakes so I got me an order of those with some bacon and scramble eggs. I honestly should have opened and try this pancakes at location. Those pancakes were rock hard. I mean what batter was used, cement?? Horrible pancakes, hard and a very oily flavor. There goes my $13.00 pancakes straight to the garbage. Do not buy pancakes or you’ll be taking an unpleasant experience.
The Indian lady was so friendly greeted my kids and family so sweet . Place was clean food was good highly recommend as a stop for a bite to eat.

Bagels are standard on the softer fluffier side rather than chewy. So is the cream cheese (seems like they only use whipped cream cheese). However it was good and the coffee was standard as well. Service was good besides the cashier. The cashier from today was bitter and quite rude. As other reviews have mentioned but other employees were pleasant.

Quick and easy.
Great sandwiches and bagel. My go to place. Get the pumpernickel with apple and turkey. You won’t regret. The owner is super nice. He makes your sandwich

Picked up some tuna salad and scallion cream cheese here to check it out and it was okay but nothing special in a bagel city. The tuna salad container was not filled up all the way which was disappointing since it was pretty pricey, $16 for two small tubs, but they were both still delicious. Overall, an average spot so feel free to stop by if you’re in the area but not a must see.

Pumpernickel has VERY bad service. In take out, they gave me the wrong food. And the the salad lettuce was SO brown. This is a very bad experience and I hope none buys things from pumpernickel anymore.
