Indian cashier or whatever she is from is very rude and doesn’t say have a great day or good morning nothing very rude. The men that work there are very nice and quick with the sandwiches.
New to the area for work project. This place is great and will be my new breakfast spot. Very clean, polite staff and food is great.

Called on the phone trying to order, was confused on why my order was so expensive so I decided to ask why. Hang up on me immediately. Very rude person on the phone, seemed like the owner.
This is a shady establishment with very opaque pricing. I ordered the same items—a beef sausage & egg burger and a medium iced coffee—multiple times, and each time the price was different, sometimes $11.22, other times $10.34. When I asked them why, they were extremely rude. Overall, this is a dishonest business that takes advantage of consumers. Please do not support such a business

Calling all Vegan's, they have multiple dairy free smear (cream cheese) options and it tastes good.
I only took away a star because my coffee cup was too hot to hold in my hand. Had to use napkins. I never understand why places do this to their customers. At worst at least double cup.

Pumpernickel Bagel and Deli in LIC is a solid choice for a classic deli experience. They offer a variety of bagels and other deli staples, making it a convenient spot to grab breakfast or lunch on-the-go.

First and last time coming here. The staff hurl unnecessary, snarky, and hurtful comments at guests; the Reuben sandwich was unappetizing; My order second was missing core ingredients; and the short woman at the register could use a basic course in courtesy. This is not an establishment deserving of longevity.

Second review , the food is good for the price , but honestly the cashiers attitude is on a different level , idk if she ain’t getting paid enough to be there but she alone is enough of reason for me to take my money elsewhere , does it make sense for me to yell at you , so you can understand and hear my order , maybe take out the damn plexy glass so she could hear when the customers are speaking. Like there’s a reason why you always just be a mom and pop store . Service is trashhh.

The bagels and breakfast sandwiches are really good. I didn't appreciate that the lady cashier was rude (like incredibly rude). I especially didn't appreciate that she just snatched my credit card from my hand after I took it out to pay. Like chill lady, I understand how tapping the card on the card reader works. This isn't my first rodeo.

We came to NYC for the 4th of July. The place was the closest and most convenient to where we parked and Thank goodness, it was delicious! My ultimate's lox bagel was brimming with smoked salmon and as you can see in the picture, that one bagel sandwich lasted me most of the day. The prices are the best in the city, although it's technically not in the city. We were in Long Island City which is just a quick train ride into Manhattan. Hope everybody had great 4th of July, I know we did!
Here's a picture of the amount of lox on my $15 bagel (before tax, tip, and credit card fee).
I go there every morning for their oatmeal. They have 2 options, with milk and without. They have a variety of toppings available as well. Sometimes I go back for lunch to get a soup. Large soup/oatmeal are about $4.90 each.
