It's been about 8 years since, but I still remember my first trip to New York. We stayed at the Days Inn across the street from here and every day when we set out for Manhattan we'd stop by this cafe for breakfast. At first I didn't quite get how to order or what to do (first timer) but I came to really enjoy this place. The select was huge and honestly it was just like comfort food. Breakfast sandwiches that got you going in the morning and a great selection for lunch and dinner, too. Thanks for being a great place to go whenever we didn't know what to get :)

Solid place to grab a bite in the area, wish service was faster and they had bagels past 11am.

The service was bad. I wanted a smoothie and no one would make it.

Perfect place for a quick bite in the area for lunch or breakfast. I personally love the plain pizza slices and lunch specials.

This cafe is really great. Very clean and very welcoming. I enjoyed the food and the music. Prices were affordable. Waiting time was fast. Great service. Good location. The cafe is very ventilated and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I definitely recommend anyone to stop by and grab a slice.

Extremely rude customer service from an Indian worker working at the lotto section.Paid for a bottle water and got kicked out. As I was forcely walking out he said don’t ever come again!! That worker should be fired immediately his attitude towards customers disgust me.

Very nice place and the burger is the best in NewYork, fresh meat and bread. Very delicious. The place has so many options to choose from. Excellent location near the metro station.

I walk by here almost everyday and see the sign for the 2 slices of pizza with a free drink. So, I gave that a try and I was more than satisfied with the food, price, and customer service. There are no good pizza places around here, let alone real food places except this, and it's well worth it if you're in the area.

This place rocks. So much savings on top of the fact that they gave me a free slice of pizza. I will be coming here more often! Thanks for the big space and friendly staff and atmosphere. Also it's close by to my gym so I came here after swimming. I needed some calories to work on my gains.

So I am always open to giving second chances to establishments but this was the last shot. I really love that Seattle is located conveniently across the Street from LaGuardia Community College but unfortunately the food is below standard. I have had several food items from there but when you can't get a salad right that's a problem. The chicken was not cooked hence the rubbery texture and the croutons which is supposed to be stale bread taste exactly as such. The folks are always friendly and the place is always clean its just a shame the food cant be better. I also feel that it is time for an upgrade the place looks dated and could use a makeover. They did add lotto but there is never anyone at the table which I don't understand. I really wish I could give them a better rating but if the food is not good I can't go more than 1 star.

Is there an option for zero stars? Like the other reviewers here, my complaint is about the poor customer service. I was FIFTY CENTS below the card minimum (didn't have cash), and I was refused my coffee, after it was made in front of me to, to my specific taste! I was told I would have to purchase something. Sorry, but I don't have time for you to cook me a breakfast sandwich- I had a meeting to run to- the coffee took literally a minute to make, and the man behind the counter opted to discard it rather than sell it! Cheap tactics by management to swindle customers of cash. To the dark haired man behind the counter (I think he is Greek), scowling at your customers isn't the way to respect them. Needless to say, I will NOT be supporting this business. Update- while I do appreciate the business owner's comment below, that particular employee is there every day (at least on weekdays), and the way he made a look of disgust at me and proceeded to dump the coffee was very unappealing.
