It was a great experience. We have been to this restaurant a couple times and the food and drink are always so good and simple. We had a great time.

Food was extra salty, drinks extra sugar watered down. Last they add any tip they want. When you ask to remove so you can apply what is right for the service. They refuse to remove it. It should be illegal to add a high tip.

Unfriendly host. Runners and bussers were very nice and friendly. Waiter added gratuity to my check and didn’t tell me. We were only a 2 top. That was uncool, I probably won’t go back because of that.

The service was notably slow; it took over thirty minutes for our avocado chips appetizer to arrive. Additionally, the waiter did not provide forks or plates when the food was served. This was particularly disappointing given that a 15% service fee is applied. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations.

Great staff, food & drinks were awesome. The 1 lower star is only because I'd love to see more of an offering for their mains. Definitely going back though!

Not it. Live in the building and have only been once in 3 years. Way to expensive for what it is and they don’t even have great service. Don’t want to ruin anyone’s livelyhood but let’s do better for ourselves

The host was rude from the moment we approached the establishment, he immediately wanted to know what we were there for, for starters my boyfriend wanted to use the restroom but we figured we’d get coffee and leave, when I asked for two coffees he said there was no coffee and I pointed to the pot behind him to which he then rolled his eyes it’s as if providing us service was annoying to him, he didn’t ask if I wanted milk or coffee, instead he gave me 2 half empty cups of black coffee, and 1 packet of sugar per coffee, I had to ask for milk multiple times, his attitude was so distasteful and unpleasant that it made me feel like I would not want to try this place out. Poor work ethic and unfriendly attitude is not good business.

Feel free to dine here if you want a sub-par experience. We sat down and didn’t receive a menu for at least 10 minutes until we asked for it. Not only that, we were quick to order our food — which was just two order of tacos — but it took LITERALLY 45 minutes to come out. We asked three different staff where the food was and it was “being made”. The last waitress apologized and said it’s because it was busy and a big group came in after us. But that doesn’t make sense because everyone around us, including this new group was getting their food before us, meanwhile we had been waiting for 45 minutes already. It would have been nicer if you admitted that our order was forgotten because that’s what it truly felt like. Needless to say, we would never dine here again and won’t recommend anyone to go here either. Such a shame.

Service was good. Waitress was attentive, friendly and my water glass was never empty. Now to the food. I didn't get a full entree just because the menu wasn't so selective so I stuck to an appetizer of calamari and chips with salsa. I asked for pico de gallo in particular, I had a hankering for tomatoes. Calamari is supposed to be lightly breaded and fried, these were coated to the point where I was just eating straight coating. After a while I gave up and started breaking off this dry crust only to reveal the smallest little rings. It looked like a plate of burnt Spaghetti Os the the time i was done. The chips were stale and cold, pico de gallo was the only enjoyable part only that the tomatoes weren't chopped fully so I'd get chunks of tomatoes throughout my little serving. Now to pricing. On thier online menu (that I had to pull up online), it states gratuity is included which is fine I figured if they're including their tip the food and service must be worth it. When I got the check in big bold letters at the bottom it says gratuity NOT included. So I'm looking at this $48 BILL and thinking what??? They charge sale tax, credit card fee,sub w/ tax etc. At this point I'm like screw it this place was horrible and I've learned my lesson. Pay and get the hell out. Oh BTW their bathrooms smell worse than the public city bathrooms down the block. I Repeat, Their Bathrooms Smell Worse Than The Public City Bathrooms.
