Solid NY pizza joint. Unfortunately, if you order from them, it is a painfully slow experience each and every time without fail. Sadly no matter how nice your pizza is, we all can relate to the feeling of getting our food multiple hours later than expected, which is just not worth it. Especially when you live with in 5 block distance . . .

The food itself is okay if you find yourself in a pinch, but DON’T order delivery. It takes way later than what you’re quoted AND the delivery person completely disregards any notes you leave for them. And then the store doesn’t answer the phone if you try to call and ask about it.

Update: their delivery is still terrible a few months later.

Emilyyyyyyy, she is the best of the best, she alone is a reason I would go back for 😘😘but the bonus is her knowledge of their food, recommendations, we had vegan pizza pie , order of cauliflower and potato chips...ALL WAS YUMMY...I love this place😋😋😋😋

The workers here are rude and have no good customer service skills! Wanted to speak to a manager to organize a HUGE catering order but a girl picked up put me on hold when I asked to speak to the manager and it hung up! I called 15 times after to organize the order but they never answered! I didn’t wanna deal with Astoria’s location cause they messed up a few simple orders of mine in the past! The owners definitely need to oversee their staff more if they want the business to run smoothly!

Somehow lost 2 cheese slices not even busy everyone that ordered after us got there cheese slices so being out was not an excuse.

I went there 2 days ago and it just hit 8 so you would think it would be pizza available. NOPE it wasn’t so I asked can he put pepperoni on a cheese slice and I’ll pay the difference. The chubby guy that buy the window caught an attitude and sucked his teeth right in front of me. Other customers looked at me thinking I was going to react but I help my composure. Then when I got the pizza the pizza was damn near cold. The cheese was still stiff. I couldn’t believe it. They made me feel like my money didn’t matter and I been going here for quite a while.

The pizza pie was the worst I ever encountered here at this SLICE the toppings were so big like they tore them apart rather than slicing the cheese was like in came right out the bucket thick wet and nasty looking the sausage was raw like they just purchased from Italy the sauce was like water dripping from a pipe It was thin no taste crust was soggy and white We all felt sick after 1 bite. I’m never desperate for pizza in Astoria or LIC but this I would not even give it to a dog. After calling to express my disappointment with the pizza the guy offered to complain in person which was even more insulting than the pizza itself.

Horrendous. Ordered pizza 2.5 hours ago, never showed up. Called and asked three times and they said 5 minutes each time but it wasn’t true. Then they said they would refund us and let us have the pizza anyway, but then the pizza never showed up and the refund was never issued. Liars!

Had a pepperoni pizza slice, it was okay, I really enjoyed the wings, mild sauce with a slight crunch, delicious!
