SMASHA is a clean and welcoming burger spot, with an amazing smell as soon as you walk in. The location is a little isolated and you need to plan going there. The inside is so pretty and has an IG-worthy section, with a cute wall of plants and silver tables. It is well kept and very clean, including the kitchen and a super clean bathroom.
The burgers are pretty good, like ShakeShack and McDonald’s having a child, and some call it the best burger spot in NYC. The tallow chicken is very crispy and tasty, one of the better chicken sandwiches. The fries are good, even fire af, with options like sweet potato fries and loaded fries. They have Mexican cola and may have beer eventually.
The service is good, quick, and really sweet. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, explaining how to order using the PC screen. The vibe and ambience are a 10/10, with really chill music. It is a bit pricey but feels like a nice treat.
