EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a side a guacamole it's brown, never fresh. If we're paying extra for guacamole it shouldn't be brown at all.

So I usually come here after work because it closes around 8pm usually but one of the days I swung by I noticed a sign outside that said HOURS of operation ends at 6pm.When I tried to ask the barista behind the counter she rudely and monotonously responded "Sign says 6" repeatedly.I wasn't going to leave 2 stars because I know customer service work is hard but... doesn't cost anything to be polite ??♂️

I frequent this Starbucks because I work in the area. Good coffee drinks. Servers are friendly. I just feel like there's something missing from this location. Vibes??? Maybe this Starbucks needs a little music. Just a little. Otherwise, it's just fine.

This place smells because there's always this homeless person sitting in the middle.
Please explain to the staff that a 24oz reusable cup is not a trenta. I had the cashier today insisting that my cup was a trenta, even after I checked the bottom of the cup.

Awesome ambiance and art displays in this vital Starbucks location. Everything about this store "Pops" and functions well. A well kept environment. Friendly and social staff. Coffee is always being freshly brewed. On 6-23 am shift I was greeted with my 1st post COVID sample of a fudge square. Val and Will June 23 made my day and afternoon amazing, respectively!Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level store with plenty of space.
