Keepin it real out here in LIC Def one of the better Starbucks. Location is great for people who live and work nearby. Great amount of spacing for work. Not too crowded even on weekends. Night time after sunset is such a vibe sitting in there to do work.

The nicest Starbucks staff ever. Friendly, helpful, quick and looked like they were genuinely having fun jamming to the tunes. Everything came out quickly. I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a Starbucks but I had to do this. Bravo team!

The music is always loud. it is like going into a disco club than going to pay $3.54 for a small cup of coffee with hopes to get away from the noise outside... i dont like coffee but i usually would go to starbucks to get away from the outside environment but the loud music just totally overshadows the experience of the place all together... we can surely do away with the annoying music of starbucks now. when i wake up in the morning that i probably have at least a two hundred million things on my mind and in my mind and I dont think that starbucks helps by playing me annoying music too. I am a hot ticket in USA anyway and annoying music is just stupid in the morning...see i wasnt kidding when I said that I am a hot ticket and that they come to me like honey bees to those honey flowers... haha

Stopped in for a quick coffee before a meeting. Staff was pleasant and store was relatively clean. Drink was as ordered and quickly delivered.

Kind staff, and more importantly, they don’t cut corners on quality. I believe a couple of coffee masters work here, which is a good sign that some of the baristas and supervisors may actually enjoy working here. They are pretty fast during the morning peak, in my experience.
An area that Starbucks as a company has been failing in is teaching coffee and craft to their partners. Seeing a partner actually have a passion for it despite the constant push for efficiency and speed is impressive.
For reference, I used to be an SSV and a partner for 4 years.
I Ordered a dark roasted with the oatmeal and this is the first time somebody steamed milk for me it was so nice I really really appreciate that thank you very much you sweet lady.

Ordered a hot chocolate with extra whip. I asked for more and the lady making my drink grabbed a random spoon, scooped out the whipped cream, poured a little drink out and wanted to fill back up the cup with whipped cream. (I definitely just wanted the extra without having to throw out some of my beverage. And where did the spoon come from??) I was not going to argue, so I immediately asked for a refund. While the lady who helped me out with that was nice, the lady making the drink was intentionally trying to make a scene. She acted as though I was unreasonable for asking for a refund.
