I had a few minutes ago a bad experience with this restaurant. I called the store to cancel an order and they didn't help me. Why? because they told they can't do that, then after our conversation, put my order in picked up. THAT IT WAS NOT TRUE!!!! . I never picked up the order I just wanted a refund!!!!. I wanted my money back and the excuse was that they (as employees) can't cancel orders. Now, I lost $30.46 because they didn't want to cancel my order and a refund is not an option either. Please be careful with this store. They stole my money. I hope someone from here can reach me out to resolve this issue.

They cancel your order if you've applied a deal for unknown reasons. The worst part is when I showed them the proof of purchase on the Subway app, they responded with "We've never received your order because it wasn't in the system." After that, they tried so hard to ignore me. If you don't wanna have your time and money wasted, then don't come here.
