Very friendly helpful staff. Very easy to order over phone for pickup or delivery. I enjoyed the shrimp rolls and beef with drunken noodle. The drunken noodle not overloaded with hunks of green pepper very well balanced flavors

We got a massaman curry to go.. the curry was meh - all the spices and taste was toned down.. the 4 stars are only because the staff is super courteous and i hope they can get better

Great neighborhood spot for Thai food! We decided to walk in to Thai Tree after voting in the hottest Election Day that ever was, and they did not disappoint.
Server was friendly and quick, always kept our waters full, and he was knowledgeable about what could be made vegan or not.
Sadly the papaya salad can’t be made vegan, but we had plenty of other options. Portions were huge; we both ended up packing up leftovers of our noodles.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and are looking forward to coming back! Next time we’ll remember to save room for dessert 😝

First time coming here for my mom’s bday. Heard good things about it and it didn’t disappoint. The tamarind duck was EXCELLENT. Juicy and tender. Staff are friendly and the ambience is cozy

The atmosphere is great, we loved their chandelier. The young lady that we had serving us was great, awesome customer service. Food is very good and I do believe they have very attractive prices in their menu. We spent a little over $100 between my wife and I and we ordered 2 appetizers, to entree dishes plus 2 desserts including tip. The only reason I don't give them a 5-star review is because we believe they can improve the experience using their speakers for some ambient music, we instead had music coming from a phone speaker (we believe that's what the girl was listening too before we got there) and the place felt a little warm and humid (yeah, it is spring season with temperatures in the 80s °F). We asked her to lower the temp a little so it could get a little more fresh and she did. Either way, we're definitely going back sometime soon. I will sincerely give the place a 4.5/5 rating if it was possible. I hope they do great.

We had a great lunch here! Started with the shrimp rolls — crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked shrimp inside. For mains, I had the Basil Fried Rice with beef (so flavorful!), and we also shared the Drunken Noodles with boneless chicken — the texture and flavor were spot on.
My daughter ordered the Tamarind Duck with rice. I’m not usually into duck, but it was surprisingly good — and she loved it! She also tried Thai milk tea for the first time and couldn’t get enough. When she didn’t finish it, the kind man helping us offered to put it in a to-go cup — such a thoughtful gesture.
The service was warm and welcoming from the second we walked in. Definitely a Thai spot I’d recommend, and we’ll absolutely be back!

Intimate yet roomy enough to spread out, Thai Tree has a cool vibe with terrific food. The shareable Thai Tree salad is big and full of tofu and plenty of fresh veg beyond the lettuce. The warm peanut dressing is distinct and flavorful with a touch of heat. A delicious chicken pad see ew followed. A big menu for a small out-of-the-way place. It was very quiet the night I visited. Worth the walk or ride to Greenpoint Avenue and 37th Street. The best Thai food near Sunnyside.

Biked by here by accident and saw the great reviews. I initially feared they were fake, but so glad I stepped in. The place is fantastic (and I’m known to my friends as being uber critical about food).
My typical go-to’s are Somtum Der and Pranakhon – if you like those, you’ll love this place. Drunken noodles were the best I’ve had anywhere in the city – and I’ve tried many.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves it. Can’t wait to come here with a bunch of friends so we can try the entire menu.

Definitely one of the better thai restaurants that I have been to in NYC area. Had the lunch special, soup spring roll and green chicken curry. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Worth checking out if in the neighborhood.
Food is excellent and the service is the best. We have a great time. 100% recommend!!
