The Beast done did it again. One of my favorite neighborhood spots for smart cocktails, fresh charcuterie boards, and oysters by the dozen, I made a reservation for 4 this past Sunday and I arrived a few minutes early to find the table ready and waiting. Service was great, even with our server pulling double duties tending bar. We ordered up some beer and shot combos, sausage, deviled eggs, and, of course, dozens of oysters. There's not much happier a happy hour can get than this! We reveled in the good atmosphere, tasty nibbles, and refreshing libations. I always have a great time here and this was another perfect visit. 'Til next time!
The food, service, vibes, and music were all great during our visit. Can't beat the value and quality on the happy hour oysters and the drinks were great too. Server gave great recommendations on pairs for the charcuterie board and the restaurant itself was very clean. Would 100% go back if an opportunity arises.
If you're searching for the best martini in Queens, look no further than The Beast Next Door. This cozy, dimly lit bar delivers a perfectly crafted martini every time—smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of bite. Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is effortlessly cool, making it a great spot for a date night or catching up with friends.
Back here a second time in the past month. Elevated bar food offering, well made cocktails and knowledgeable bartender Jay who’s also a horological enthusiast. An evening spent with my BFF circa 1991.

Came here Sunday night with my sister and it was 10/10. Enjoyed oysters and two cocktails. The mixologist was super kind and sweet.

Lovely interior, great drinks! We tried some cheeses and the oysters, both were pleasant for the eyes and taste buds. Next time, when I ask for some butter (for the toasted bread which came with the cheese), I'd be grateful to get some. ,,We don't have butter" doesn't sound right. Anyway, it is still a place I hope to visit again.
Matt was fantastic! So friendly and incredibly helpful with everything at the bar. The conversations with the staff and the other guests at the bar were amazing—such a warm, welcoming NYC vibe. Also, we got to watch someone eat 100 deviled eggs—only in New York! You never know what to expect, but it’s always a great time!

We've been there three days in a row because of the best coffee based cocktail named Sultan's Sin. Don walk, run and try Sultan's Sin!
The waitress was very nice and the food was amazing too! We arrived very early for our reservation and she seated us anyway.
Stopped in for a bite to eat hit happy hour 30 dollar lobster roll 2.50 oysters and 5 dollar beers and April was a great waitress! Would definitely return ?
We had a reservation which we made on OpenTable for 6 PM for two people outside and when we arrived there was no table available and they refused to see us. Why in fact did they take those reservations because we wouldn’t have walked all the way over there had we known that they had no intention of honoring the reservation, don’t think we’ll be going back again.
