The price of a cup of milk went up from $4.25 to $5.99 Now , I was told by an employee they charge for it as if it was a lattte, sorry but no espresso in a cup of milk so why charge as as a latte? No more coffee pot for me. Too bad , service is good.

Went this morning nobody doing nothing I waited to play my lottery a guy comes in orders a cup of coffee they week make it and ignored me not I was the atleast 3 minutes before the guy come in she cash the guy completely ignoring me then went on to pack an online order i said don’t you see am standing here she screamed am busy i said ok I work right across the street but from today I am taking my business somewhere else

I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews but the experience that I had at this establishment is utterly disgusting and unacceptable. I came here on 06/18/2024 at approximately 12:20 am. When I asked about a sandwich one of the male employees stated it would take 3 minutes to be warmed in the microwave, I politely said no thank you I don’t want the sandwich. This employee then proceeded to say to his coworker (female employee) in Spanish “she couldn’t wait 3 minutes” in a very rude and disrespectful manner. What the employee didn’t realize is that I am fluent in Spanish, not only is it unacceptable to treat a customer that way but it is downright insulting in this day and age to talk negatively about a customer in front of them whether they say it in English or any other language. This is NY which is extremely rich in so many amazing cultures and languages, you cannot assume what language(s) an individual speaks based on their appearance. As I left I let both employees know that I speak Spanish, they didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Both employees clearly need to be retrained on quality customer service, professionalism, respect, integrity, and overall common courtesy.

Went in for a tuna wrap with spinach, cucumber and onion. Guy said they don't have cucumber, only pickles. I opted to replace the cucumber with tomato. Everything seemed fine until I got to the register. The girl looked at the wrap, cut into half and placed in a plastic box, and laughed. I don't speak Spanish but they had a side conversation before she handed it to me in a brown bag. She said, oh looks really good. I got home, opened the box and was immediately disgusted. The tuna wrap was soaked through, in a puddle of water and they included pickles after all. I've never been here before so maybe it's great for coffee and a prepackaged muffin but please do not come here and order food to be made. Down the block is an awesome bagel spot that also does sandwiches, wraps, etc. as an alternative.

To many ppl buying lottery and not enough ppl attending to the food buying customers. Chicken sandwich is 11 when in manhattan it’s under $1. Also, they charge $1 for ice. Seriously?

Purchased a small hot chocolate with whipped cream. Costed 5.24 which makes no sense since I believe a small was 2.99 so is adding whipped cream 2.25 more?! Taste of the hot chocolate was overly sweet and had a syrupy aftertaste. Register woman looks disingenuous and server didn't provide tissues unless asked. Overall it's a terrible investment and I don't recommend this place.
