The food was not the best, can find much better ceviche, the service was good.

I ordered ceviche to go from this restaurant for the first time, and the total, including a $3.00 tip, was $30.00. I was okay with the price until I opened the bag and saw what they packed for $30.00. This is unacceptable—it looks like a snack! I took pictures with a plastic fork next to the container so you can see how little food they gave me. I eat like three scoops, and that’s it. See the pictures and judge for yourselves."

Great food! Excellent staff. Nice atmosphere. Food was incredible. Try this hidden gem in LIC for a great experience all around. I recommend to all.

Everything was terrible, the inattentive rocker was more focused on talking to her friends than serving me and there was no other table except me 🤷 she didn't offer me anything to drink, much less ask herself.

Nice ambiance and the server was an absolutely welcoming host.

There just isn’t a great selection for someone who doesn’t eat meat, but at least the few potato dishes they did have were alright. They really only have mashed potatoes, papa a la huancaina, and fries were good.

Feel bad giving them a one star because I wanted to love this place since it’s local and the food was actually delicious but I ended up getting food poisoning from them. Spent my entire Sunday in bed after eating there this past Saturday.

We’ve been wanting to try this place for a couple years and don’t know why it took us soooo long to finally made it. Now I know we have been missing out!

Nice vibe, dim & warm ambiance, friendly staffs and good food.

We had dinner twice in two weeks and I love their tasty, juicy and tender Rotisserie Chicken! I also really like the Palta Rellena (stuffed avocado with shrimp, quinoa) appetizer.

Definitely plan on coming back again to try other items on the menu!

Ordered delivery. As a Peruvian, I have to admit the Lomo Saltado wasn’t good. Meat was tough, French fries were dry, and to top it all off, there wasn’t that much juice inside either! I’d rather order from Jora, or better yet, any other Peruvian place in Sunnyside. Whoever’s the owner should consider getting a different cut of beef.

EDIT: Well, as long as I’ve been ordering, I’ve had lomo saltado come in two separate containers, one for the meat, onions, and tomatoes with juice, and one with rice and French fries. You could perhaps try doing that, so the condensation from the juice won’t make the fries soggy, and the rice won’t suck up any of it as well. Also, I’m guessing you haven’t had a chance to try your own hangar steak, since it was really tough to chew. Usually, hangar steak is more tender than skirt steak, but since they’re almost from the same cut of the cow (very similar), I would have maybe still ordered the hangar steak regardless if you actually gave the option to order skirt steak. There is no such option on delivery (I used ubereats), so that’s still not entirely helpful. My grandmother, who’s also Peruvian, did not approve of the lomo saltado as well. I think that says a lot, considering there’s always room for improvement. Im glad you appreciate my input because I don’t usually write reviews, however, I felt disappointed with my experience trying a well known Peruvian dish I love very much.

We were just 2 people. They charge 20 % tip and charge tax after tip. Really insane. And food is no tasty at all. Too simple
** Tax is supposed to charge for food and drinks. Not after tip. Why do We need to pay tax for tips??

Really like their rotisserie chicken. Best in the neighborhood and for the right price. Don’t sleep on their ribs either - bigger portions than you’d expect!

Decent happy hour specials until 7, with a great pisco sour and red sangria too.

Amazing Engagement Party at The INKAN!

I recently hosted my engagement party at The INKAN, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely delicious—our guests couldn’t stop raving about the Peruvian-style ribs, vegetarian chaufa, and the mouthwatering rotisserie chicken. The Peruvian sauce was, without a doubt, the most flavorful sauce I’ve ever tasted, and my entire family loved it!

We had around 50 people at the party, and the venue was beautifully decorated, including a lovely backyard area. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the owner and the servers were super attentive during the whole party and made the experience that much better. I would highly recommend coming here for delicious food and drinks (must try the sangria, although all drinks were good!), or even hosting a party.

If you’re looking for an authentic Peruvian dining experience with exceptional service, I highly recommend The INKAN—it’s the perfect spot for any celebration!

Go to is rotisserie chicken, yuca and maduros. You can’t go wrong with anything else they have. Always coming back and prices are decent.

Parking: Located on a residential street that’s free to park, but other streets close by need payment.
