I only had a coffee this week, and maybe a hamburguer last year. They serve latin food. Located in an old school dinner wagon, it does not even look too clean, but is a nostalgic remain of old new york, worth a stop.
This Diner is super small and very busy. Their food is delicious. The cook is fast and friendly. The entire staff is fast and attentive. The eating space has seating available and a flat screen tv on the wall where sports news is played in the Spanish language. The staff are bilingual and speak mostly spanish. The menu has so many of my favorite latino dishes. I had their sancocho and sandwich cubano which were really good. Breakfast time I had a toasted coen muffin and coffee...
Can't really give it a higher number because of the condition of the place. Place is like a rest stop diner in the dessert.... but the food is good. The line is out there door at lunch. Basic American breakfast, simple Spanish food for lunch and dinner. They actually have mofungo on the menu though. Good to grab something quick if you in the area.
