The place is nice , easy access and not faraway from home .
Service was awful , that day I wait to be help but the stuff instead of helping was arguing about issues they have internally .. I have to apologize to them to interrupt their arguments and asked to help me with my order just to have a dirty look of the womb involved in the argument. And at the end was other one to finished helping me with my order .
They need to learn how to help the customers

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed to have my tea and bagel. My tea was very hot. I asked for ice so it wouldn't be so hot. And the staff gave me I in a cup. They were very attentive.

This Dunkin makes great food, but gets busy and the crowd is hard for the employees to manage most of the time. They could stand to be a bit friendlier and hire appropriate number of employees for the busy-ness of this location. Other than that, would recommend. Better for pick up from the app choices.
