My secretary ordered lunch today at 12:25 PM by fax. Thirty sandwiches from their menu. We called at 1:30 PM to find out the status of the order. They said we are working on it. At 2:10 PM lunch arrived. This is the last time my company will order from F&L. This is not the first time I received terrible service from this Deli.

Seems like they are running out of steam. They are always closing early, staff always has an attitude. The deli case is literally half empty, same with the shelves. One time the told they had no bread, heros or rolls. I don't get it. Theres better delis close by.

So sorry to say these guys seem over it. They no longer show any enthusiasm, their deli cases are 1/2 full and seem to be stocked more like a walk-in box than a display case, the place seems dirty, grubby. It’s cluttered, dark and disjointed. The pasta salad displayed was literally dried and hard on the edges ?, anything with mayo was obviously very old because you could see the hardened, yellowed mayo around the rims of the pans, the cookies were like cement, seriously, cement. It’s a shame. Past time for new owners.

Nice quiet deli. I I’ve the fact that I can make my own coffee with plenty of choices on my own when it comes to my coffee. Staff is very polite and greet you with Good morning ( for most that’s a thing of the past ).

I was heading up for opening day 2 weeks ago. I forgot that I asked my wife to pick up 3 Lorenzo heroes. I ordered 4 so now I left with 7 heroes for 4 guys. Needless to say 2 days later you couldn't find a crumb. Yea, they're that good!Keep up the nice job guys. See you for my big heroes for New Years eve!

I placed an order for a tray of sandwiches for some friends at an organization I care about, and they came through with the delicious spread like true Champs!
