Awesome local sandwich joint. Try the Hempstead Ave sub: a super fresh soft hero roll filled with fried hot and sweet Italian sausage, oil-marinated broccoli rabe, and sun dried tomatoes, absolutely delicious.
F & L Deli & Catering offers delicious food like the amazing chicken cutlet and the best egg & cheese. The Hungry Man and the cheesecake brownie are highly recommended. The atmosphere is decent with a nice quiet layout, and the staff is polite and friendly. However, some customers have experienced early closures and a half-empty deli case. Despite this, the opportunity to make your own coffee with plenty of choices adds to the overall positive experience at this deli.
