Went there Sat after Cheese Festival. I ordered a Taco salad. It's been a couple of years and I really liked them. Well what was brought to me wasn't anything like I expected. In a glass bowl stuffed to the brim with lettuce and whatever. Hardly any meat or cheese and only sour cream for putting on it. I complained to the waitress but ended up paying full price for something I don't eat. No manager was brought over after the complaint. Needless to say I'll never go back!

We were disappointed to learn the restaurant is now charging extra for for gravy on mashed potatoes orders , how petty can a classy rest become , what will they do next. We will think twice about going there in the future.

We spent a couple of nights in the area and decided to order out from Boondocks Restaurant & Bar, I chose the Tennessee Chicken with a side salad, while my husband had the Cabin Burger with salad and fries. Our meals were prepared fresh and absolutely delicious, which was such a treat! We really appreciated the care that went into our food. We will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

We waited 10 minutes to be seated while staff were at the bar section. After being seated we were never with a lackluster waiter who clearly did not want to be there. The menu was vast but, after ordering we quickly realized it was basic blah frozen food. I genuinely wanted to love this place because the decor and atmosphere is very inviting, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the quality of food and meh staff.

Food was slow to come but delicious when it arrived
I just ate there tonight and I had their Rodeo Burger, I had it with cheddar and their chipotle sauce with a gluten free bun with the coleslaw on the side.The burger was medium and it was cooked perfectly for the way I ordered it and it had a delicious taste. I chose fries as my side and those were crispy and delicious! I would recommend this to everyone I know, I will be returning soon!
