I have been here 4 times and not one of them was worth the trip. 2 of the 4 trips.... THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN ! KFC OUT OF CHICKEN !!! The other 2 visits luke warm food and order was wrong. We were excited to get a KFC in this area but for nothing. It's really sad food that cost this much for fast food is just a joke. I wonder if even 1 customer has been happy with this location.

It looks like this place cleaned house, it's definitely a lot better than it was a year ago. Better food, better service and even more so better music. I just love the new soundtrack! Keep up the good work.

It's in a good quiet location. Across from big retail locations. Service was decent, same for the food. No complaints. I come here from time to time. Service is better than some other fast foods I've been to.

This KFC is one of the best ones I've been to, and I've been to a lot, all over NY. I've noticed alot of negative comments on people's experiences with this KFC and the service they've received but I've been here a few times and I've never seen any of the shyt people are bashing this business about. The staff are friendly and work hard. The drive thru is usually packed at rush hour, so it may take a bit longer than usual. Be fking patient. Have respect. It goes a long way! The inside dining area is nice, and the vibe is very chill. It's been very clean when I visit, even the bathrooms. One thing that I like about this location is that it's close to a lot of other stores in the area and next to a microtel. The decor inside is pretty cool and definitely worth a few selfies. If you're in Macedon or nearby I'd recommend having a nice lunch or dinner here anytime. There's a patio with outdoor dining too! I give this business a 4 star review and will be back again for that sweet Lightning Mtn Dew that I'd give my left testical for. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Greasy floors, I almost fell. Some kind of liquid in the condiment bins and old dried up and new wet soda at the soda fountain. I can't imagine the state of the bathrooms . STAY AWAY !

I stop from time to time. Maybe 5 times. Last time was the first week of August 2024. The chicken was not cooked enough and was greasy and slimy. I didn't eat it all.
Twice, they always seem to forget something in my order. The last time I placed a family six pieces order with two large sides. They forgot to put in the gravy for the mash potatoes. ?

Got accused when calling the store about my wrong order of lying about getting the wrong sandwich in my order. Ordered one spicy chicken sandwich and one classic chicken sandwich and two large fries. Received two spicy chicken sandwiches and two fries which was not what i had ordered.
