The 8 piece tenders box I ordered was supposed to come with 4 sauces and there were ZERO in the bag. The mashed potato poppers were supposed to come with a side of gravy, which I also didn’t receive. They didn’t even put a fork in the bag for the side of mashed potatoes.

Very inconsistent with food and staff has roches sells raw chicken from time to time food is always on dirty pans that are full of grease from days before because they won't fix the sink they alow employees to talk to customers in A disrespectful manor and do nothing and if you try to report anything good luck because this company wants it employees to sit back and say nothing even if it is wrong this company has lost people for making them choose family or work and they also love to retaliate on people that coll them out on there wrong doings I know because I was wrongfully let go without a reason or anything

I hate bashing places & I was going to because our simple order was screwed up. I redeemed a 2 for 7 sandwich coupon in the app but it didn't register. Got all the way home to feed the kids & only one sandwich. It's just super messed up, these companies try to get you & its just really effed up. The GM called me & I told him it was still bullshit. Just not happy & very disappointing for 27 bucks to get 2 fries, a chicken sandwich & 10 nuggets. That is why I'll never be back. Highway robbery.

Slow go for 1 order had to wait long time on drive thru and there was no other cars waiting
I have been here 4 times and not one of them was worth the trip. 2 of the 4 trips.... THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN ! KFC OUT OF CHICKEN !!! The other 2 visits luke warm food and order was wrong. We were excited to get a KFC in this area but for nothing. It's really sad food that cost this much for fast food is just a joke. I wonder if even 1 customer has been happy with this location.

It's in a good quiet location. Across from big retail locations. Service was decent, same for the food. No complaints. I come here from time to time. Service is better than some other fast foods I've been to.
