Chicken horrible someone needs to learn how to cook

I went to KFC in Macedon for lunch this afternoon as I work nearby. It had been a hectic day so I was really looking for a place to just relax and chill out, but this was not the place. The music was really loud they were playing the spice girls and I remember thinking who picks this playlist. My food came out about 10 minutes after I ordered and my chicken was really dark I asked them is this extra crispy and they said no it's original so I'm thinking they just need to change their oil. I also got potato wedges that were very dry and hard and I considered bringing them back up but I didn't want to make a scene. For dessert I got a 10-piece apple popper and as I bit into it I noticed that the dough was raw so I took it back up and asked the girl how it was prepared and she says they are deep fried and I said well the dough is raw can you cook them longer she said okay I waited about 15 minutes and my food never reappeared since my lunch was about over I just left without my dessert at a loss of $6. I won't be returning to this location!

Went there was nobody inside waiting or ordering stood there for a minute looking at the menu worker came from out back and asked me if he could help me I told him I just got there to give me a minute and he walked away after like five minutes he never came back to see if he could take my order another customer came in I asked him if he knew what he wanted he said yes so I told him to go in front of me and the worker didn't help him so he said I didn't want toco bell so he left and now the worker still hasn't taken my order man and a child came in and he took their order and still didn't take mine I went and sat down and went back up after a half hour then he took my order see I don't go to KFC very much and I was looking for what my wife wanted I will never go there again they lost my business for ever

If I could leave a zero star review I would. We sat behind a car in the drive thru for 10 mins and no one had taken their order yet before we just decided to leave because it was clear no one was taking their order. When leaving we looked inside and no workers were seen or any customers. This is actually typical of this location. You wait forever to order and half the time it’s never right. We have tried to give the location multiple chances but they clearly are unable to provide service. Take your money across the street to Taco Bell, where you will actually get service l.

I would be giving negative stars because it is all children working there. No chicken available paid and waited 35 minutes for nothing trying to get a refund and they trying to give excuses why I waited so long to not be told. The place is nasty dirty. Don't even stop there for a restroom break if your on the road. The bathrooms are a wreck. There is public hairs on the sink and urinal. Tables, chairs, and floor are so dirty. They should employ adults who know how to run a business and treat the customers right.

The 8 piece tenders box I ordered was supposed to come with 4 sauces and there were ZERO in the bag. The mashed potato poppers were supposed to come with a side of gravy, which I also didn’t receive. They didn’t even put a fork in the bag for the side of mashed potatoes.

Very inconsistent with food and staff has roches sells raw chicken from time to time food is always on dirty pans that are full of grease from days before because they won't fix the sink they alow employees to talk to customers in A disrespectful manor and do nothing and if you try to report anything good luck because this company wants it employees to sit back and say nothing even if it is wrong this company has lost people for making them choose family or work and they also love to retaliate on people that coll them out on there wrong doings I know because I was wrongfully let go without a reason or anything
