Today I went to olive wood brewing and craft. I recently moved to webster from California. I wanted to make a porter for the winter months. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner who stocks a plethora of supplies in beer, wine, and cheese making and I’m sure I’m not even scratching the surface. The customer service exceeded my expectations as he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a question about the recipe when I started brewing so I called and a great explanation was given as to the balance between sugar content of extract and grains/malt. The personal help over the phone is what put me over the edge to write this review. You can have confidence in your craft and know you have a lifeline when you’re in the middle of your craft. I’ll be a continuing customer for years to come. Thanks again!!!
